We must act now

Operation: save the tigers

Man is the biggest predator on the planet, and tigers are suffering and disappearing because of man’s actions. At first, they thought that tigers were man-eaters, so they started organizing tiger hunts to kill these “man-eaters”, but that wasn’t enough. Men colonized the tigers’ habitat by building villages and towns, and the tigers found themselves without food and without territory.

Save us foundation is investing on the ground with local organizations to save the tigers, particularly the Siberian tigers on the Russian-Chinese border, as the wild areas still exist and will enable the species to be saved.

The investment will be long-term, on a 50-year plan, and our aim is to stop the current hemorrhage because the Siberian tiger population has fallen to less than 540 tigers in the wild, down from 10,000 in 1940.

The global budget is 5 million USD.

We need to act now, be generous and donate what we can. By doing so, you will be helping to save an animal of unrivalled majesty: the Siberian Tigers need you, but you need the Siberian Tigers.
