The best way to stop chemicals on our bodies, which are dangerous to our health, is to eliminate them from our daily lives and, above all, not to be responsible for buying products with packaging that is harmful to the planet, such as aerosol cans and tubes of shaving foam, several times a year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This preparation is unisex and adapts to all parts of the body, with the aim of practising \u201czero waste\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Operation No Waste:
Stop packaging waste (plastic and other)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Favouring handcrafted products made from noble materials, such as metal razors that can last a lifetime and all disposable razors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stop using chemicals that go directly to your skin and hair, which can have harmful consequences such as skin cancer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To make your own shaving foam, you\u2019ll need the following products:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ingredients :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

80 g vegetable butter (Shea or olive, for example)
65 g vegetable olive or almond oil
80 g coconut oil
Optional drops of essential oils to scent the mousse (choose responsibly)
One tablespoon of Marseille or Aleppo soap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Melt the vegetable butter and coconut oil (if solid) in a saucepan.
\u2013 pour the mixture into a container, adding the vegetable oil
\u2013 stir until creamy

Once these four steps have been completed, place the mixture in the refrigerator for an hour until it appears denser, then :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 gently whisk to obtain a light paste
\u2013 while stirring, add the liquid natural soap
\u2013 when everything is mixed, the paste should be fairly fluid<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To store, place the cream in a glass jar: it\u2019s easy to do for the environment, and good for your skin! Share it, and even give it as a gift!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ecological shaving also involves your razor: avoid disposable razors. Why should you? Disposable razors are made from polluting raw materials, and a great deal of oil is used to create all that plastic. On top of that, the use of a disposable razor is limited: only 6 to 10 shaves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To limit environmental impact (and preserve your wallet), the safety razor will be your new friend: made entirely of steel, it offers a very good ecological and economic ratio. Admittedly, it\u2019s more expensive to buy, but very cost-effective in the long run.
